Designed for Compacted Strand and Dyform Wire Rope
Sta-Lok Dyform and Compacted Wedges are precision replacement components for sailors, riggers, engineers, and industrial professionals using Sta-Lok Self-Fit Terminals with Compacted strand or Dyform wire ropes. They must be renewed whenever the terminal is reused and are not suitable for standard 1×19, 7×7, or 7×19 stainless steel wire constructions.
Engineered for High-Performance Wire Terminations
Compacted strand and Dyform ropes offer higher breaking loads and reduced stretch compared to conventional 1×19 wire. Sta-Lok Dyform and Compacted Wedges are designed to work with a range of the Compacted constructions, including 1×7, 1×19, 1×25, 1×31, and 1×36, providing a secure and reliable termination solution. Each wedge is manufactured from high-quality 316 stainless steel and laser marked for easy identification during installation. Wedges for other wire types are available separately.
Built for Strength, Versatility, and Convenience
Sta-Lok Dyform and Compacted Wedges are available in a full range of metric and imperial sizes to match various wire specifications. They are supplied in packs of 1, 2, or 5 depending on the wire size, offering flexibility for both individual replacements and larger project requirements.
