Six chrome-plated wire shelves (three per section) adjust on stainless-steel pilasters to accommodate full-size sheet pans loaded length-wise or width-wise. High-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation locks in heat while remaining Kyoto-Protocol compliant (Non-ODP / Non-GWP).
