Andre Brasseur composed countless tunes that received plenty of airplay and were used as radio and TV music all over Europe in the late '60s and the '70s. His biggest hit, Early Bird Satellite sold millions internationally. This compilation focuses on a lesser-known aspect of Brasseur's musical output. In addition to his quest for the perfect intro tune, his innumerable live performances, and his management of several successful restaurants and discos, Brasseur recorded a great deal of experimental funky jams in the '70s. I didn’t realize how much I needed a kitchen scale until I got this. It’s really accurate and makes cooking (especially baking) so much easier and more consistent.
The tare function is a game changer—you can zero out the bowl and keep adding ingredients without extra measuring cups. It’s also easy to switch between grams and ounces, which is great for following different recipes. Most digital scales measure very precisely, often down to about 1 gram, which makes a big difference for accuracy.
