- Includes one 6-gallon kettle and one 12-gallon kettle on a 48-inch cabinet base.
- Type 304 stainless steel construction with a #4 finish on the kettle and a 316 stainless steel interior liner.
- 2/3 steam-jacketed kettles include lift-off covers and a manual balanced tilting design.
- Factory-assembled steam control kits are mounted on the kettle(s) for easier installation.
- Built-in hot and cold water faucet with swing spout plus a sliding drain catch pan with splash shield.
- Full-width drain trough helps manage wash-down and cleanup in busy prep areas.
