Additionally, this quartz sand is suitable for soft water tanks since it does not alter the hardness of the water.
The quartz sand comes in two distinct grain sizes. For larger aquascapes, we suggest opting for the 0.4 to 1.2 mm grain size. Both sizes are offered in 2 kg or 10 kg bags. For smaller aquascapes, we recommend a 0.1 to 0.3 mm grain.
