The Human (NEK3) Serine, Threonine-protein Kinase Nek3 ELISA Kit measures Serine/Threonine-Protein Kinase Nek3 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human NEK3 antibody. NEK3 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human NEK3 Antibody is added and binds to NEK3 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated NEK3 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human NEK3. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Even my boyfriend keeps commenting how much he likes it. It's a usable piece of art! I will comment that the earring holes can be a little tricky since the leaves are turned all different ways. You have to be strategic with how you line up your long/dangle-y earrings with your studs so everybody fits and can be seen. A little tricky. But not a deal breaker - especially when it's so easy on the eye. The other slight negative is that this really isn't the best necklace holder. I would have thought, "No problem!" But it's a bit awkward. Especially if you actually intend to see all your earrings. You'll end up hanging most of your necklaces from the top most branch - but they slide down into the crevice to stay. Then you've got a lot of overlapping. And trickiness to retrieve the exact necklace you want with ease. However, this is still a fabulous earring tree. I can't say enough good things about it. Love the little basket for miscellaneous. Hair bands, lip gloss, etc.

I wasn't sure about purchasing the jewelry stand at first (I had my doubts), but those doubts quickly disappeared upon the arrival/unpackaging of the jewelry stand. It's still pretty, though, and holds a lot of jewelry. PRICE-WISE If you're looking at the price and it says $45 or more, don't buy it. I waited a month for the price to go down (I'm just a cheapskate) and it did. It went from $45 or so, down to $25 or so. So, unless its life or death, be patient and buy it when the price is right. OVERALL? In general, I was pleased with the product. It wasn't my dream jewelry stand, but it was worth my money and the wait.
