Following the legal assumption of power of Adolf Hitler as Chancellor, and then as President / FŸhrer when the offices were merged, the Prince worked within the Propaganda Ministry of Dr. Joseph Goebbels; and was thus privy to much high level communications within the government of the Third Reich.

As the good Prince notes, this speech was given in the interest of speaking the truth of Germany and the Third Reich as he knew it and of its FŸhrer, Adolf Hitler, who has been so blackened and defamed by the enemies of God and man in the aftermath of a war which Germany did not want that the man is unrecognizable.
