There are various types of consultancy agreements. This agreement should be used in cases where the Customer wishes to hire the services of a service Provider, who will provide a specific Consultant to carry out the professional services required by the Customer. The professional relationship between the Customer, the Provider and the Consultant is regulated by this agreement (commonly called a tri-partite consultancy agreement). This agreement is in long format and therefore a very comprehensive and detailed agreement covering all aspects of the consultancy relationship between the parties.
