Living from the Heart means we live in the present and we enjoy whatever we are doing. The Heart does not worry and never gets upset. We act, but we let go of the result of our actions. When we do this well, our life becomes relaxed.
The Heart radiates pure love and joy all the time. But often we donÕt feel this love. We are not aware of it. We donÕt feel connected with the Heart inside us.
To get connected to the Heart, we need to get into a new awareness. In this new awareness we can stop our thoughts. We can silence our mind.
In this thoughtless awareness, we are in effortless meditation. Then spontaneously (= Sahaj) we develop all the qualities of the Heart. Qualities such as wisdom, humour, alertness, energy, patience, creativity, inner peace and of course pure love and joy.
