Anne-Lise Fraisse, together with her beekeeper husband and children, today offers a wide range of wines that combine tradition and modernity, made from grapes grown with respect for the environment and in symbiosis with the scrublands and forests that characterize the region.
We are pleased to introduce the wines of the Villeneuve estate, starting with two red wines in the AOC Pic St-Loup that well represent the quality of the estate's production.
Consisting of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and aged in vats then in 225 L French oak barrels for 24 months, Sorbière 2019 offers a beautiful balance between aromas of red fruits and soft, finely roasted tannins, with a licorice and vanilla finish.
This wine goes well with meat in sauce, game and cheeses.

Sorbière 2019 består av Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre och lagras i kar sedan på 225 L franska ekfat i 24 månader, och erbjuder en vacker balans mellan aromer av röda frukter och mjuka, finrostade tanniner, med en finish av lakrits och vanilj.
Detta vin passar bra till kött i sås, vilt och ostar.
