Under the guidance of Winemaker Marina Chevalier, who assumed the reins from her father in 2016, our Champagne is meticulously crafted from hand-harvested Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, employing organic farming practices and traditional techniques. Tasting Notes: Delicate mousse, mineral, crisp, and lemon peels

Vinification: Malolactic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel for 6 months, and matured on lees for 2 years.
