This hardwood top is crafted from a combination of walnut and maple, designed with perfect balance to provide you with a long-lasting spin. The top was hand-lathed, sanded to perfection, and finished with a protective gloss that will keep it looking beautiful. It can be used as either a children's toy or a hardwood decoration. It is perfectly functional for both.
The top measures 4" in the diameter, with a wooden ring and spindle for putting the top into motion. The top comes with a matching hardwood base that can be used as a spinning mount.
This beauty was designed and made by Jim Smith and John Morgan of Utah, who design toys and trains and doll furniture from their Utah workshop.
