Each restored German Pierburg Fuel Pump is first completely disassembled and inspected for viability in our workshop. Next, it's ultrasonically cleaned, taken down to bare metal and resurfaced. All hardware is zinc plated. Each pump is fitted with brand new, custom crafted superior quality diaphragms, (Effbe, which is the OEM supplier to VW) that are formulated with nitrile

This is a professionally restored genuine 36 HP - German Pierburg Fuel Pump.

Each restored German Pierburg Fuel Pump is first completely disassembled and inspected for viability in our workshop. Next, it's ultrasonically cleaned, taken down to bare metal and resurfaced.

All hardware is zinc plated. Each pump is fitted with brand new, custom-crafted superior quality diaphragms, (Effbe, which is the OEM supplier to VW) that are formulated with nitrile rubber to withstand modern gasoline blended with ethanol.

Our German Pierburg Fuel Pumps also have the reed suction valve replaced and reseated with a Genuine Porsche unit that far surpasses the original.

Finally, pumps are reassembled on a jig for correct preload the main diaphragm. This ensures fuel delivery is correct to factory specs.

36 HP pumps may or may not include a brass filter plug, depending on cores we're able to import.

All gaskets are included for installation.

Correct for VWs 1954 - 1960.

It is an upgrade from PRODUKT
There's a lot to like with this frother. First off, it gets super-fast. It has good power but struggles a bit through thicker liquids at high speeds. I really got it exclusively for frothing milk and making really smooth chocolate milk. For those things it works well. I like the stand. I just keep a napkin under it so it will drip dry after rinsing. It is easy to clean because you can just run it on about medium under running water. I've been using it for about 3 weeks now, probably once every other day, and I'm still on the first charge. To me that is excellent battery life. It spins true, even at high speed. The key is to treat it well and probably make sure to use the stand instead of laying it on the counter. Because of the high RPM, any imbalance or bend at all is really going to be exaggerated. The only thing I am not crazy about is the control. I don't like that I have to twist it off while in the liquid. I wish there was just a switch along with the adjustment ring.

Quiet and Effective frother/mixer and Terrific Customer Service
Zulay Kitchen Powerful Milk Frother Wand We ordered two Zulay frother wands and after just several months of continuous usage one of the units stopped working and the other one was sporadically working, where sometimes it would run “full power” and at other times it was barely spinning or turning the beverage. I called Zulay and gave them my Amazon order number. After the Customer Service rep walked me through some minor things to check on the units she was also convinced that the units were probably defective. She had a replacement sent from Zulay along with a mini as a bonus for our troubles! And she had Amazon ship the other replacement unit. Both shipments arrived promptly within days and we have been using them for months now without any major issues. We use the units (the two “standard” wands) almost every day and they get used two to three times a day. They only take ten to twenty seconds to mix up cocoa powder, hot or cold. And the same goes for different protein powder shakes. What I especially like about these units is that there have been many times when I have had to use them off-hours, like between 5:00 and 6:00 AM. They are Whisper quiet so nobody gets disturbed. One generally can’t do this level of quiet stirring/mixing with a kitchen hand blender/mixer or shake blenders. These Zulay mixing units have really come in “handy” for us. We are very Grateful to Amazon for their prompt delivery, and especially to the Customer Service representative at Zulay for her help, and to Zulay for standing behind their products and providing us with terrific and prompt Customer Service!
