Each Pastille (soft gummie) contains:
Dibasic Magnesium Phosphate Trihydrate 376.56 mg, equivalent to Magnesium 52.5mg.
Directions:
Adults: Take 2 pastilles (soft gummies) per day or as advised by your health professional.
