Pre-Finished for Immediate Installation

Supplied fully pre-finished as standard, the Cotswold FD30 can be installed straight from delivery, saving valuable time and removing the need for on-site finishing costs. The factory applied finish ensures a consistent, high quality result across every door.

Premium Construction and Materials

Built with durability and stability in mind, the Cotswold FD30 features a real white oak veneer for an authentic timber appearance, solid lipping in matching timber that allows for trimming where required, and clean, square edges with precision groove detailing grooved into MDF. This robust construction makes it well suited to busy homes and demanding commercial interiors.

FD30 Fire Door

This door must be fitted in accordance with UK fire regulations and is suitable for both residential and commercial applications where compliance is essential. Fire certificates are available on request.

Prefinished and Ready to Hang

Finishing is only required on any trimmed areas or cut-outs, using a suitable clear satin varnish. Please refer to the door care leaflet and consult your chosen coatings manufacturer for the most suitable product and system.

I find the illustrations (which are either done by a 5 year old or an adult as talented an artist as I am) painful but I give the text 6 out of 5 stars so when I take a star off for the over-the-top illustrations we're still at 5/5 ;) Kids who have greater access to exclusively modern media with intense graphics may not be able to relate to the material: the graphics are a big hurdle and the text is pretty dated too. I'm sure an updated version would be even more engaging for my kids but what it lacks in exciting, current graphics it makes up for in specificity and clarity for my two.
