Product Overview

Aggregation-induced emission carbon dots (aggregation-induced emission carbon dots for AIE CDs) have been a hot topic in recent years, because they can emit light in the aggregation state, which is different from traditional carbon point materials, which often undergo aggregation-induced quenching due to π - π stacking in the solid state, leading to the decrease of luminescence performance. The luminescence mechanism of AIE CDs involves a variety of chromophores, including polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons formed by carbonization and small molecule fluorescent chain segments derived from the reaction of the precursor with groups, amide bonds and so on. In the aggregated state, the vibration and rotation of the chromophore receive confinement, thus reducing the non-radiative transitions and enhancing the luminescent emission.

Technical Parameter

Appearance:orange powder

Size:2-10nm(HRTEM:/span>

Light:orange luminescent

Product Features

1) Aggregation luminescence: the aggregation-induced luminescent carbon point has strong fluorescence emission in the aggregation state or in the solid state, which is different from the traditional phenomenon of fluorescence quenching in the aggregation state;

2) Abundant surface groups: The surface of the aggregation-induced luminous carbon points usually contains rich functional groups, which can affect the optical properties and surface chemistry of the carbon points;

Good biocompatibility: Aggregation-induced luminescent carbon points usually have good biocompatibility, which makes them have potential value for biomedical applications, such as bioimaging, drug delivery, and biosensors.

Application Fields

1)Photoelectric devices: aggregation-induced emission carbon quantum dots have potential applications in light-emitting devices, such as light-emitting diodes, solar cells, etc.;

2)Chemical analysis: aggregation-induced emission carbon quantum dots can be used for chemical analysis, such as detection of metal ions, organic molecules, etc. The fluorescence properties of the aggregation-induced luminous carbon spots can respond to the target analyte, thus achieving detection and quantitative analysis;

3)Biomedical field: aggregation-induced emission carbon quantum dots have good biocompatibility and optical properties, and can be used for biological imaging, drug delivery, biosensors, etc.

Nice quality
Color: Carbonized Bamboo(Brown)
I really love these boards. Feel good to handle and cut on. Easy to clean and has a little stand for them. This would be a great house warming gift .

The color lightens up a bit after washing but they are nice looking and sturdy.

Sturdy, Natural Option for Everyday Kitchen Prep
Color: Carbonized Bamboo(Brown), Color: Carbonized Bamboo(Brown)
I was pleasantly surprised by these. They have a clean, natural wood smell and feel pretty durable. On the first couple uses, they were slightly rough and the edges felt a bit sharp, but that improved noticeably after a few washes. Now they feel much smoother. The size variety is a big plus—I’ve been able to use them for multiple purposes like prepping vegetables, fruits, and even meats. Overall, a solid value for the price, especially if you’re trying to replace plastic items with something more natural.
