Remanufacturing is the process of rebuilding a product back to its original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) specifications. This process at PDI involves careful disassembly; we use non-destructive cleaning methods and replace or recondition any out-of-spec part.
PDI incorporates state-of-the-art remanufacturing techniques through our affiliations with the world’s leading remanufacturing organizations. Bearings, seals, o-rings & other wear items are replaced with new parts. Any reusable parts are evaluated against strict documented standards. Units are reassembled to precise criteria - including torques, tolerances, and orientation.

Price Includes Core Charge of 2400$ which is refundable upon return of engine takeoff condition turbo core.
