Enter a forest of feelings : Made of 100% Cabernet Franc, this wine features a complex multi-layered structure, reflecting suprisingly well its production process. Macerated with layers of whole bunch grapes (not separated from the stem) alternating with layers of grapes berries separated from their stems (hence the name "Millefeuilles", a multi-layered French pastry), this cuvée from 2011 offers an intense body with pockets of lightness, creating an interesting choregraphy in the mouth and a rich gustatory  experience.

This wine can be paired with veal, lamb and, maybe even more, game. And here you are, in the forest...
