Description:

The BM17-XTR4 kit features an Xtreme pressure plate designed for demanding drivers. It utilizes an exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection, and maximize clutch life. The pressure plate undergoes a four-stage heat-treating process for superior performance. Precision cover stampings provide rigidity and consistency. The 4-pad rigid race discs are constructed with high-quality ceramic friction materials, with a chrome-moly hub that is heat-treated for strength and durability. This design allows for quicker shifts and smooth, trouble-free service. However, engagement is harsher due to the 4-pad rigid race disc, but shifting is faster. It is recommended for race use only.
