Carex divulsa ~ Grassland SedgeGrassland Sedge is a compact evergreen grass that grows in arching tufts of fine, bright green foliage. Scattered wisps of flowers grow above the foliage and attracts bees in late spring. This plant does not have significant flowers, but it does produce small, greenish brown spikelets in late spring. It thrives best in part sun and prefers moist, well drained soil. Drought, wet soil, and foot traffic tolerant once established. Type: Orn. Grass

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low maintenance. No serious pests or diseases.  Cut back in late winter to encourage growth.
