"Clear and coherent ... One of the most exciting aspects of the book is the author's account of how the consequences and implications of the breakthroughs in quantum mechanics challenged the mechanistic, deterministic philosophy fostered by classical science." -- The Science TeacherWritten by a respected Harvard physicist who did his doctoral work in Munich among many of the founding fathers of quantum mechanics, this introductory account of the evolution of quantum physics also explores the subject's philosophical implications. Beginning with brief background sketches, the author offers an absorbing narrative of the discovery of the principles of quantum mechanics as well as an assessment of their validity and significance.
The opening chapters trace the development of physics from antiquity onward, chronicling the origins of quantum mechanics and the ways in which quantum theory was used to address previously unsolved problems and to interpret observable atomic phenomena. Succeeding chapters are devoted to matters at the forefront of research pertaining to elementary particles, and the text concludes with a look at the old and new concepts of physical science and their relationship to issues of philosophy and religion -- including considerations of causality, determinism, and free will. Includes 36 black-and-white figures, 12 halftones, five tables, and a Glossary of Scientific Terms.

Great content, horrible formatting
Format: Kindle, Format: Kindle
I am only a quarter way through the book and can see it is excellent in terms of content - the kind of book that makes the reader quite angry at the way things have been done behind the scenes (much like Patel's "Government Gangsters" and "Kennnedy's "The Real Anthony Fauci").
However, a warning to those who get the Kindle version - it is formatted horribly. After having read dozens of books on my iPad mini using the Kindle app over the years, this is the first bok where hyphens are in words that do not break on line endings, which seems minor but after a few dozen instances gets really annoying. I hope some AI reads these reviews and sends a note to whoever edited this thing (or converted it to an e-book) to rectify this stupid situation.
Attached are two screen shots, both from page 39 - where I high-lit the offending words...

I have never said this before, but a MUST read.
Format: Paperback
A terrifying book. If you have been following recent random statements from the President about election fraud and our actions against Venezuela, things will become much clearer. It is a scary read and will bring feelings of dread, but it should be read by everyone. By several copies and hand them out to anyone you know. The world has been played.

Proof that our election systems have been corrupted!
Format: Paperback
This is the book that Election Corruption Deniers don't want you to read. It is well documented and it brings the receipts. I admire the tenacity and sacrifice of those who made this book possible. If you are at all concerned about election integrity, you need to buy this book.
