採摘下的菊花，經處理烘乾後，可做為香料、食材用。
乾燥菊花加冰糖，以滾開水沖泡，可清涼、解渴。
「白菊花」味較甘，保養眼睛
「黃菊花」味較苦，平時生活壓力大如果又經常晚睡熬夜，有口乾口苦、眼睛紅赤等可以選擇
白黃菊花屬性偏微寒，易手腳冰冷、拉肚子的朋友，喝菊花茶反而會覺得腸胃不舒服
*菊花茶
• 材料:乾燥菊花少許。
•作法:將少許乾燥菊花洗淨,放入茶壺，加入熱水沖泡即可飲用。
【枸杞菊花茶】
材料：乾燥白菊花3克、枸杞6克。
作法：將上述材料以500c.c熱水燜泡10分鐘，即可飲用，可續回沖至味淡。
