The second-generation Panasonic Lumix S5 IIX Mirrorless Camera is equipped with a host of new features to bring your vision to life. Benefitting from a new sensor design and an updated processing engine with L2 technology, the S5 IIX is the first Lumix camera to offer Phase Hybrid AF for fast and precise autofocusing performance. Making full use of the 24.2MP sensor and enhanced processor, this camera records 6K video for up to 30 minutes, while unlimited 4K video capture is available as well. Optimized for video, the S5 IIX is also equipped with a new Active I.S. system, which supports walking shots to further enhance image stabilization while recording video. Featuring an upgraded full-frame 24.2MP CMOS sensor and an updated image processing engine with L2 technology, the S5 IIX's sensor incorporates a newly-developed Phase Hybrid AF system a first for Lumix-series cameras providing 779 phase-detection points for significantly-improved subject tracking. Balancing high sensitivity and a wide dynamic range, the sensor provides a useful ISO 100-51200 range, which can be expanded to ISO 50-204800 for working in a variety of lighting conditions. Well-equipped for action and fast-moving subjects, the S5 IIX also enables full-res shooting at up to 9 fps with the mechanical shutter and up to 30 fps with the electronic shutter. In addition to stills, the S5 IIX sports highly capable video recording assets. Full-frame 6K30p recording with 4:2:0 10-bit color can be captured for up to 30 minutes, while unlimited video recording is possible when filming in DCI and UHD 4K60p 4:2:2 10-bit mode. The camera supports 120p video capture for videographers who want to create high-resolution slow-motion video, and RAW HDMI output is possible via an optional license upgrade. Two dedicated circuits are provided for each pixel: a Low ISO circuit provides base sensitivities of ISO 100 for normal use, ISO 640 when V-Log is applied, ISO 400 when HLG is applied, and ISO 200 when Cinelike D2/V2 is applied; a Low Noise circuit provides base sensitivities of ISO 640 for normal use, ISO 4000 when V-Log is applied, ISO 2500 when HLG is applied, and ISO 1250 when Cinelike D2/V2 is applied. Designed for modern users and content creators, the camera allows for Wireless IP streaming, USB tethering to smartphones, and Wired IP streaming.

The S5 IIX is the first Lumix mirrorless camera to adopt a Phase Hybrid AF system, which offers 779 phase-detection points to provide fast and precise focusing for outstanding AF accuracy. When it comes to autofocus, dependability is the most important thing, and with Phase Detection AF you can fully supplement and track the subject in six different situations that until now had been a challenge for conventional systems to capture.  Used in conjunction with other members of the L-Mount Alliance, the L lens mount is a versatile interface with a mount diameter of 51.6mm and a flange distance of 20mm for working with a broad range of optics.  The large 3.0" 1.84m-dot LCD is a bright, clear means for live view shooting as well as playback and menu navigation. The screen features a free-angle design to suit working from high, low, and front-facing angles, and its touchscreen design affords intuitive settings control. A USB-C port allows for fast file transfers as well as high-speed in-camera battery charging. Additionally, a new full-size HDMI-A port benefits video applications, a 2.5mm port can be used with the optional DMW-RS2 Remote Shutter, and a 3.5mm microphone and headphone jacks suit advanced audio recording needs. A robustly-built magnesium alloy body with dust and splash-resistant design accommodates working in harsh weather conditions and trying environments. Bluetooth Low Energy (5.0) provides a constant connection between your smartphone and tablet with minimal power consumption. For more robust wireless activities, IEEE 802.11b/g/n and 802.11a/n/ac support are also available for faster transmission and more fluid remote control and monitoring. Complementing the camera's wireless connectivity, Lumix Sync is an iOS and Android app designed to pair with the camera for smartphone or tablet-based remote shooting control, wireless image transfer, and updating firmware. In addition to conventional 3:2, 4:3, 1:1, and 16:9 ratios, photos can also be recorded in 65:24 and 2:1 panoramic formats. 4-channel 48 kHz or 96 kHz 24-bit recording with optional DMW-XLR1 XLR microphone adapter.

The Panasonic Lumix S 20-60mm f/3.5-5.6 is a sleek and versatile lens designed for full-frame L-mount mirrorless cameras. The distinct range of focal lengths is also complemented by flexible focusing capabilities, which permit working with subjects as close as 5.9" with a 0.43x magnification for near-macro performance. In terms of optics, the lens incorporates a series of aspherical, high refractive index, and low dispersion elements to control a variety of aberrations and realize a high degree of clarity and sharpness. A fluorine coating has been applied to the front element to reduce smudging and make it easier to clean and the lens also features a weather-sealed design for working in harsh environmental conditions.  Wide-to-short telephoto zoom is designed for full-frame L-mount mirrorless cameras, however, can also be used with APS-C models where it provides a 30-90mm equivalent focal length range. Three extra-low dispersion elements greatly reduce chromatic aberrations and color fringing in order to produce a high degree of clarity and color accuracy. Maximum magnification of 0.43x and a minimum focusing distance of 5.9" benefit working with close-up subjects. Splash, dust, and freezeproof design benefits working in inclement weather conditions down to 14°F. The rounded nine-blade diaphragm contributes to a pleasing bokeh quality.

Value for Money- Exceptional performance and features!!!!
This vacuum/mop system is wonderful! I highly recommend it. This is bi-far the best vacuum and moping system which effectively cleans my floors and carpet. I've always been on the lookout for anything that can lighten my cleaning load. it’s been a real game-changer for my household routine. The self-washing and self-charging features are a huge win. I no longer have to worry about cleaning the mop or making sure it’s charged; it takes care of itself. It moves around furniture and other obstacles smoothly, rarely bumping into anything. It easily navigates tight spaces and corners, making sure every area gets cleaned. Value for Money: Considering all its features and how well it cleans, I think it’s a fantastic investment. It’s made keeping my home clean so much easier and less time-consuming. The robot vacuum was able to map my house successfully, the battery life is a bit longer than my previous robot vacuums, the suction is also great. I saw it go over crumbs in the kitchen and it picked up without any problems, and also has a mop functionality. It has a functioning app, very easy to use. The vacuum is also very quiet. By far, this is my favorite robot vacuum and I’ve tried many as I do not like to go around the house mopping and vacuuming. 10/10 would recommend this model - worth the investment. Overall I could not be happier with this purchase, my home is the cleanest it has been since I’ve first moved in.

    A blessing for “unforgiving” flooring
We bought an 1800s home that was 90% hardwood, but the previous owner made the decision to tear out the hardwood in the kitchen. Unfortunately for us, the flooring we picked to replace it was what I call a very unforgiving. I didn’t realize it until it was too late, but it shows every speck of dust and every muddy paw print. With two dogs, my floors looked like they had not been cleaned in years, but it was being mopped on a daily basis. Enter the Narwal. I’ve included a photo of what the floor looks like today post-clean on a typical winter day in the north (dogs and people running in and out, tracking and mud and snow everywhere). Look at it! It has a shine! In an hour, it will be dull again from the dogs’ next foray into the snowy yard, but right now…glorious! But the best thing is, I no longer care about the dogs tracking up the floor. I can just run the Narwal again. No real extra labor on my part (other than occasionally needing to fill the water container). I want to add a couple of points that I find interesting or that I think people might want to know to make their decision. Both the roller and the side sweeper brushes are meant to prevent hair from getting wound around them. So far I have found this to be true. You can see the videos the manufacturer has provided that show how this works, so I won’t bother to explain it, just point out that I’ve found it does work. I haven’t had to cut any hair out of the roller since I’ve gotten it, and that was previously a weekly thing. It does not self empty after vacuuming. However, it compresses the hair and dirt to take up less space. So while I was emptying my big self-emptying canister (on my Shark) about once a month before, I’ve only actually emptied this smaller dust bin once every one to two weeks. Initially, I was worried that this meant it wasn’t picking up as much debris and hair, but upon review, I discovered the compression factor they describe. You also have the option of using dust collection bags that you can take out and dispose of. To be more environmentally friendly, I have not chosen that option, but for people that may have issues with dust, I’m glad it is an option. It self-cleans and dries the mop pads quite well. I did pick up replacements so that I could wash them, but I’ve needed to wash them with far less frequency than I expected. When I do pull them off to wash, I don’t notice any odor like I was expecting. The mop water is used to both clean the floor and wash the mop pads. I think the majority of the water usage is to clean the pads, however. So you will need to refill that every 2 to 3 mops probably depending on how big your house is. You can use it with or without Narwal cleaner - do not use other cleaners, or you risk the device dying or messing up your floors due to over foaming. My one tip is to use any leftover mop cleaner you may have from your regular mopping, and add a capful into the dirty water bin after you empty and rinse it each time. Because if you do not empty that out every day, the stagnant water WILL be stinky. A little scented floor cleaner has seemed to improve that dramatically for me. Is it expensive? Yes. Is it worth it? RESOUNDINGLY yes. I no longer have to kill myself to have clean floors. And that is the best gift to give myself.

    Amazing robot helper
    Color: White
I’ve been using this robot vacuum for about a month now, and I have no regrets about buying it! It’s noticeably quieter than my previous robot vacuum, and the mopping performance is excellent. I really like that it has two large water tanks—one for clean water and one for dirty—which makes a big difference as it easily covers my entire house on a single run. I don’t have carpet, so I can’t speak to how it performs there, but for vacuuming and mopping tile and hard floors, it absolutely deserves high praise. The battery is another big plus—it can clean my whole house before needing to return to the base to recharge. The app is fantastic. The mapping is very accurate, and there are plenty of cleaning options to customize different areas of the house. The initial app setup did require some help, but customer support was quick and very helpful. Overall, I’m a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend it!

Great upgrade from my old robot
Size: Freo S, Size: Freo S
I had a different robot vacuum for a little over four years, and it finally started giving out, so I decided to try this one. It’s definitely an upgrade. The first thing I noticed is that it runs much quieter than my old one, which I really appreciate. The self-emptying feature is super convenient as I don’t have to dump the container every single day like I used to. It mapped my home surprisingly fast. It moved through each room for a minute or two and somehow had the whole layout figured out almost immediately. I did adjust the room boundaries a bit, but nothing complicated. Cleaning performance has been solid. I usually run it on the highest suction because I have a cat and a couple of carpeted rooms, and it handles the hair pretty well. For hardwood, there are lower modes too. It also has a mopping feature, but I don’t use it—I prefer my regular steam mop for that. Setup was easy, and connecting it to the app took just a moment. And it charges quickly too.

    Great value, Easy Set-up
Size: Freo S, Size: Freo S
I just got this vacuum and honestly, I’m pretty happy with it for the price. Here’s how it’s been going so far. Price: This thing is a steal. Works just as well as some of the more expensive ones I’ve had. Set up: It took maybe 5 minutes to get it going, and I didn’t even need to look at the manual. Super easy to set up and start mapping. Carpet: Does a great job picking up dog hair and dust on my low-pile carpet. Doesn’t miss a spot. Thresholds: It goes over low doorways and small lips—no getting stuck. Navigation: It uses structured light for obstacle avoidance, which is typically found in much higher-end models, and it really exceeded my expectations. The cleaning path is smooth, and it avoids furniture without bumping into anything. It just works. Base station: Very hands-off. It docks and charges itself. Plus, I love how sleek and simple it looks.
