Maximize the storage of your Polaris with our Polaris Xpedition bed drawer, designed for both the Polaris Xpedition XP and ADV models. This innovative storage solution allows for easy access to items at the back of your bed, ensuring convenience and efficiency on every adventure.

Engineered for strength and durability, our bed drawer is securely bolted to your machine using existing mounting points. On the ADV model you will need to drill through your bed mat or remove your bed mat to bolt the drawer slides in place. It features heavy-duty drawer slides rated for 500 lbs per set, with a locking mechanism in both the open and closed positions for stability.

Crafted from CNC laser-cut .125-inch aluminum, the drawer is reinforced with three welded braces for added strength and powder-coated black. The CNC laser-cut 10-gauge steel brackets holding the slides are powder-coated black for superior durability and corrosion resistance. Additionally, the drawer offers multiple tie-down points, making it easy to secure your gear with standard ratchet straps or bungee cords.

We have now added a Terick Solutions Drawer Mat that fits perfect in our drawer.  This mat is very heavy duty and is almost 3/8" thick.  This mat fits in the drawer and does not come with the holes for the packout mounts.  If you order the packout mounts you will need to cut the holes in the mat for the packouts.   The Mat will offer the same milling pattern as the floor mats from Terick Solutions and they look great together.

For added versatility, our drawer is designed to accommodate two full-size Milwaukee Packout mounts. If you’d like to include the optional Packout trays that fit this drawer, simply select the option above. All necessary hardware is included for a seamless installation.
