And this new system allows you to convert your old non adjustable system for our new system. You will have to remove your hooks and install our bungee clamps below the hooks, and install our webbing cross piece to hold the lower hook to the bag. The System includes: 2 bungee cords 4 bungee clamps 2 hooks installed
