Directions for Use
1. Sanitizing Meat, Poultry, Seafood, Fruit & Vegetables

Dilute 10 – 20 ml SANI-KLEAN per 1 L of water (100 – 200 ppm PAA).

Ensure complete wetting for at least 60 seconds.
-
No rinse required.
2. Sanitizing Utensils and Equipment
-
Remove visible food residues.
-
Wash with detergent (e.g., PINK SUDZ) → Rinse → Sanitize with 10 ml per 1 L of water.
-
Immerse for 60 seconds, then air-dry.
3. Fruit & Vegetable Water Treatment
-
Use ≤ 10 ml per L of water; spray or submerge for 2 minutes.

Drain excess water; replace solution daily or when visibly soiled.
4. Fogging in Food Processing Areas
-
Use as an adjunct to manual cleaning and disinfection of room surfaces.
