Precise and efficient cooking has never been so easy with the Giorik 900 Series 800mm wide Gas Solid Top on Gas Oven.
The unit is constructed from 304 grade stainless steel with rounded corners for improved cleaning.
The radiant plate is ultra-thick and reinforced with central cut-out and high-power circular steel burner (54 MJ/h) and standard gas 2/1GN oven (28.
8 MJ/h).
The gas solid target top features a piezo ignition circular burner with flame failure device and pilot burner, capable of reaching 500°C at the centre of the plate and 200°C around the edges.
The temperature is regulated via a variable power flame control.
The gas oven also features a piezo ignition with thermostat temperature control (100°C – 300°C).
