Wine making
This wine was produced from typical grape varieties cultivated ecologically with complete respect for the original terroir. The grapes are produced in middle slope vineyards which are over 30 years old, located in Mouraz, Tondela, with an altitude of 300 m / 400 m and granite soil. After a strict selection in the vines, the grapes were transported in small boxes to the winery. The natural vinification took place in steel tanks with a long maceration. It’s a field-blend. Total production: 21000 bottles. Bottled in August 2023.

Touriga-Nacional, Tinta-Roriz, Jaen, Alfrocheiro, Água-Santa, Rufete and other Portuguese indigenous grape varieties
Tasting Notes
It has a bouquet of dark berries, cassis and intense floral and vegetal notes. On the palate it shows lively character, with ripe and firm tannins and a long finish.
Food Pairing
Perfect to match with meat as lamb, goat or veal. Also very good when “married” with strong cheese.
