Our hub-centric spacer design ensures the wheels are centered with the hub, allowing for wheel loads to be transferred to the hub for a stronger platform and eliminating any chance of vibration. Great product! I bought this for our puppy we were getting since she was going to now be away from momma. As soon as I turned the heartbeat function on she started to lick the toy and laid her head on it. Needless to say that we slept throughout the night because of this toy. She loves it! The best for crate training
