This plan provides guidelines for the underwater inspection of the fleet mooring operated and maintained by the Naval Support Activity, Naples, Italy. This inspection is scheduled to take place in September 1983. CHESNAVFACENGCOM has designated an Engineer-in-Charge (EIC) to provide on-site technical guidance to Underwater Construction Team One (UCT ONE) who will perform the underwater portion of the inspection. In addition, the EIC will prepare the post inspection report which will include the results of the inspection and recommendations for required maintenance actions.
