Citizen's ARCP anti-wrinkle and automatic ribbon tensioning system actively prevents ribbon misalignment and wrinkling — one of the most common causes of wasted labels and reprints. The result is consistently sharp, scannable output at 203 dpi, every time. Rolls up to 127mm OD are supported as standard, with an optional external media holder accommodating rolls up to 8 inches — significantly reducing media changeover frequency on high-volume runs.
