Kit includes 11.75 pounds of milled continental malt. Ingredients: Pilsner, Dark Munich, Wheat, Caramunich, Acidulated Malt, a pound of Belgian candi sugar, Perle and Hallertau hops, and Saison yeast.
Optional: Add some coriander, paradise seeds, or orange peel to add some additional character!
