令人着迷又年輕的日本清酒。 像蘋果一樣酸甜順口。 鏡子和蘋果在腦海中浮現出「白雪公主」。 現在，即將解釋一下「MIRROR MIRROR」
「MIRROR MIRROR」主要有兩個關鍵。 第一個是麹。 第二個是酵母。 首先說明一下麹。 「MIRROR MIRROR」中使用了黑麹的麹菌，而黑麹通常用於燒酎（燒酒）。而使用在日本清酒中是非常罕見的。
黑麹的特徵是產生檸檬酸 。檸檬酸的作用可以保護「醪」免受雑菌侵害。而這次使用在日本清酒的情況下，是希望提升酸味。
接下來是酵母。 「MIRROR MIRROR」使用的酵母是協會77號酵母。 該酵母能產生大量的蘋果酸為特徵。
由於結合這些效果，「MIRROR MIRROR」能釀出酸酸甜甜順口的日本清酒。 此外，由於酒精度含量低，非常容易飲用。 即使不習慣飲酒的朋友也應該可以飲得痛快！

白杉酒造位於京都府丹後地區，是生產越光米的地區之一，品質非常優秀更在西日本中最受歡迎。

通常釀造清酒會使用「酒造好適米」，但在2015年開始改變全面利用食用米來釀造清酒。
使用食用米釀造日本清酒是非常罕見的，不但要通過特殊的發酵方法，更使用燒酎用的麹菌來釀製，
通常日本酒只使用一種類型的酵母，他們卻使用三種不同類型的酵母來釀製，經過多次反複試驗，開發新派的日本清酒。

Looks good but the wall anchors is TRASH!

The product is heavy and sturdy once you get it up completely. The issue I have is with the instructions...
1. The 5/16 drill bit is recommends is WAY TO BIG. The Anchors it comes with will slip right through. The screws that is comes with are WAY TO SMALL for the weight. I recommend getting better ones from the hardware store and painting the screws black for better aesthetics.
2. The instructions say to put it together first then hang it on the wall. That is great so you can see where you want to place it and because it is actually bigger than it looks, but you will need to de-assemble it from the bottom shelf down after you mark where you want to place it, then put that part on the wall, then reassemble it from there, securing the top part to the wall last. The instructions sucked but that is what worked best for me.
Another thing is when you first assembling it, you will notice that you will have to unscrew it a bit so the pipes can fast the correct way. This will make it feel flimsy, but it will tighten up when you secure it to the wall.
Also, like some people said in previous reviews, some of the black paint did peel off the pipes, not to much for me but it was noticeable if you look at it hard enough.

Love the look of these

I love the look of these. Bought for towel storage over my toilet. They look really classy and I'm so happy with them. However, its important to note that the wall anchors they provide are way too big for the screws. The screws just fall into the inside of the anchor without even being screwed in. So there's no way you could secure the wall unit with the ones provided. We had to replace the anchors with some I already had. Other than that very happy with the quality and look.

Great shelf

I’m a fan! Good quality, sturdy shelf, very easy to assemble and put on the wall. I recommend having a second person to help hold the shelf while you get the first few screws in, just to keep it level.
I love the larger shelf space, it gives me a lot more storage for the bathroom.

Great Product!

This shelf system is an awesome option if you're looking for an industrial/rustic vibe. It's feels super well made and was easy to assemble. The finish on the wood is fantastic! All the hardware for mounting was there and even if you have minimal experience mounting brackets and hardware to the wall - this was still very easy. I especially appreciated the "U" brackets to secure the wood shelves to the posts - that was an unexpected extra that I was very happy to see included. Unfortunately because of space and the way my wife wanted these spaced, we didn't use the third shelf, but we're definitely going to find some place else in the house to mount that later. Overall, if you like this decor - I would definitely recommend this item!
