The Art Deco style seems to be timeless and represents such a wild and passionate spirit. I took the inspiration picture for this painting from a convertible while crossing the Golden Gate Bridge (not driving!) Freedom! I love taking iconic images and landmarks and inverting the colors to create interesting pieces. It's hard to believe that the bridge is almost 100yrs old but still an inspiration to so many, including me"- Archie
