The Soft Reformer Loop Straps attach to the Reformer ropes and can be doubled over as a quick way to shorten rope length. Creates a Loop of Resistance
At the top of the carriage are handles and loops. The handles are attached to ropes which feed through pulleys and tie back into the carriage. This connection creates a consistent loop of resistance in both directions, working both the contraction of muscles and the release or lengthening of the same muscles.
