The XSH01X provides the performance of a corded saw without leaving the strongly-preferred 18-Volt platform. It's part of Makita's expanding 18-Volt LXT series, the world's largest cordless tool line-up powered by an 18-Volt Lithium-Ion battery. The Makita 18-Volt LXT battery has the fastest charge time in its category, so it spends more time working and less time sitting on the charger. The Makita built motor delivers 4,800 RPM for fast cutting and ripping. In performance testing the XSH01X/Z made 250 cuts in 2x4 lumber per charge, which is up to 2.5 times more cuts per charge than the Makita 18-Volt Cordless 6-1/2 in. Circular Saw, model BSS611Z. With a 7-1/4 in. blade the XSH01X/Z has a cutting capacity of 2-5/8 in. at 90°. In side-by-side testing the XSH01X/Z exhibited corded power and speed, cross-cutting a 2X10 in only 1.5 seconds and matching the cutting time of the Makita 5007F corded circular saw.- California residents

Very comfortable to use

This is a nice keyboard/mouse for the money. I ordered it in pink because it will help me to keep it separate from others I have. I have a tendency to forget which mouse goes with which keyboard. The color makes all the difference. In addition this works well and has a light up indicator for the caps lock which my older one does not. That was annoying to look up and see that everything was in caps by mistake. Good product.

Good value.

I like the keyboard's light weight and compact size. The mouse is a little small. I have large hands and the mouse still works for me. The battery lasts a very long time on both the mouse and the keyboard. This is my second MK270 Combo. The first keyboard lasted over 10 years before the keys started sticking. The mice don't last near as long but for the price you can't go wrong. Note: I thought the keyboard was dead at first. When I checked the batteries, one was installed backward.
