Cut to lacquer by Phil Kinrade at AIR Studios from the original Stephen Lipson-produced tape sources (Lipson also plays bass on stage), Annie's unimpeachable soulfulness is on full display throughout in a show that has regularly been acknowledged as an example of the artist at the peak of her powers.
