煮法：
1.將四神料洗乾淨，裡面獨門調味包不能洗，不用浸泡直接煮
2.將川燙好的排骨加入3000cc水中、四神料、獨門調味包一起丟入鍋中大火滾了關小火燉煮40分鐘以上加入米酒、鹽即可起鍋上菜囉！
3.加入腸子、豬肚.排骨風味更佳
