In that case, the 5100 CLUBRACING SUSPENSION is the perfect choice for you. This set of coilovers enables you to optimize grip by managing rebound and ride height. Springs are included and top mounts front and rear. In this set front and rear dampers utilize a coilover design. By choosing this design you prioritize adjustability and the performance of your car. Coilovers which will offer more adjustability for both damping settings and ride height, and typically provide more consistent and predictable handling characteristics. You have the flexibility to adjust springrates on these dampers. The initial setup for setting and spring rates is rooted in our extensive development and testing process. Individual preferences can easily be fine-tuned by making adjustments to the rebound knob or altering the ride height. You can adjust the rebound, means you can control the return to extension of your dampers, enabling you to attain the ideal road balance tailored to your specific requirements. With 12 distinct positions to choose from, each adjustment delivers distinct feedback and a unique driving experience. This set of suspension also includes, where applicable, camber-adjustable front Top Mounts and solid rear Top Mounts. The camber adjustment will offer you more wheel adjustment and allow this geometry to be altered to transform front -end grip. AST Suspension is a monotube design. This is a benefit for you because these dampers offer a large piston to control the adjustability of rebound damping. There is no aeration or foaming in monotube dampers, this will result in a more responsive valving. Effective and comfortable

Great! I have used Macks silicone Chistmas tree style earplugs for many years, these are more comfortable. They keep ear canal completely dry, never fall out during swimming, and are easy to insert and remove with no discomfort whatever. The left and right orientation makes them easier to adjust in the ear, and there is no (sometimes painful) pop on removal, like standard silicone plugs with a stem. Happy swimmer here.

Didn’t do much for me but the product is made very well

Maybe it’s just my ears but these didn’t really work for me. They’re made very well, but they really didn’t keep water out of my ears. I swim laps daily and am very sensitive to ear infections from pools. I even wear a swim cap with them. They do stay in place and. I love the little case they come with. I’m sure they’ll work well for other people

Great Earplugs!

these earplug’s work great, I use them when washing my hair, it is so nice not to get water in my ears, these earplugs are comfortable, they come in 3 sizes, each set comes in an individual plastic container, they are marked L and R, I’m so glad they worked so well, I highly recommend them!

Love my mat!

I’m new to stretching and recovery classes, and there is a lot of floor work. I was using the gym mats, but my knees, lower back, and glutes were hurting from being on the floor.
This mat is the perfect thickness and feels wonderful during floor exercises. It gives me the extra cushion I need without being difficult to use. It’s also lightweight, durable, easy to clean, and easy to roll up for transport. The pink makes me smile. That said , the mat makes the classes more enjoyable.
