"Miami's Mixtape King" DJ EFN and his company Crazy Hood Productions has been a pillar in Miami for the better part of twenty years. A fan of the mixtapes emanating from New York City, DJ EFN began producing mixtapes of his own because no one else in Miami was doing so. "There was no consistent mixtape DJ in Miami, no one who ever really played the music from Miami," he said in an interview with Julia Beverly of Ozone magazine. "Everybody listened to DJ Clue or Tony Touch. It was good music, but I didn't want to hear shouts to Brooklyn or the Bronx. I wanted to shout out Miami and help to put on the local cats." EFN's first Crazy Hood mixtape was issued in 1993. During the next two decades he produced 42 volumes, featuring not only Miamibased artists, but national stars. E's particular mission has always been to represent a strain of gritty local hip-hop music that has more in common with the Boom-Bap sound than with the party music for which Miami is best known. Excellent Quality MCT Oil — Great Addition to My Daily Routine
I purchased this MCT Oil and have been very pleased with it. It is light, smooth, and easy to add to my daily routine without changing the taste of my food or drinks. I especially like that it mixes well in coffee, tea, smoothies, and even oatmeal. It does not have a strong flavor or unpleasant aftertaste, which makes it very convenient to use every day.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this MCT Oil to anyone looking for an easy way to add healthy fats to their diet. It is high quality, easy to use, and a great value for the price. I would purchase it again.

Great for carnivore.

Great quality oil for Carnivore / Keto!
A few precautions:
- Start slow; too much too soon will cause gastric issues. 1/2tsp for the first few days, then increase to 1tsp for a few days and so on until you work up to a level you can tolerate. Get a shot glass with measurement lines.
- Stay hydrated. MCT is a diuretic and may cause headaches if you are not hydrated. Consider taking some electrolytes with it and plenty of water.
- If you find it gives you jitters; consider taking it with food. It can cause a little bit of a "high" if your not used to the immediate energy / mental clarity boost; which may freak some people out. Taking it with food will slow down the onset so it's not hitting you like a ton of bricks.
- I personally don't mind the texture but it definitely goes down easier if it's cold; ymmv. No taste, but it's going to make your mouth feel oily for a minute.

Good quality oil, but the dispenser is a nightmare to use

This MCT oil is truly odorless, colorless, and tasteless. While the oil quality itself seems good, the dispenser on the cap is terrible. I understand the design is meant to keep air out, but you have to squeeze the bottle quite hard to get any oil out, making it impossible to control the flow. Every time I try to pour a small amount onto a spoon, it shoots out and splatters all over my hands and the counter. Now, I just take the entire cap off, pour it onto the spoon, and close it back up. Great oil, but the bottle design needs a major update.
