Bespoke Jewellery Order Terms & Conditions

1. Bespoke Order & Non-Refundability

All bespoke jewellery is made to order and created specifically for you. Once your bespoke order is confirmed and work has begun, all payments are non-refundable and the finished piece is not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Design Approval & Production

You will be shown the final design details for approval before your piece is made. By approving the design, you are confirming you are happy for production to begin. After approval, changes may not be possible. If changes are requested after approval and can be accommodated, they may incur additional costs and extend the lead time.

3. Pricing & Payment

A quote will be provided based on your chosen design, metal and stones. Production will begin once payment is made in line with your invoice/checkout. Because this is a bespoke order, payments are non-refundable as outlined above.

4. Design Ownership & Copyright

All bespoke designs created by Moments Jewellery remain the intellectual property of Moments Jewellery. Your design is created for you and for this one piece only.

5. Client Acknowledgement (No Replication)

You agree not to share my bespoke design, drawings, or specifications with another jeweller for the purpose of replicating the piece or creating a similar design.

6. Resizing

If your ring requires resizing after completion, I offer one complimentary resize (where the design allows). Additional resizing, or resizing required due to significant size changes, may incur a fee. Please note that some designs, stones, or settings may limit how much resizing is possible.
