Daily plan:
-Briefing in the morning and breakfast with the group.
-Warm up and stretching.
-Water sessions: depending on the conditions we can do two short sessions with a break in between, never longer than 1:30 hours to avoid fatigue and control the performance of the sessions.
-Afternoon briefing (Video Analysis): Go through all the videos of the day, analyzing all the mistakes and what’s has been done properly of every maneuver from each one.
-Yoga or relaxation (optional)
-We will also share knowledge about social media, sponsors, nutrition, how to focus and progress, improve your technique and competition strategy.
