Insert the key and it will be locked, if you haven't installed the Fuel Cap on the bike. Do not worry, this is not defective. It is designed so that the key does not fall when the Fuel Cap is opened.
You only need to press the O-ring at the Fuel Cap back, then you can remove the key
It will work normally when Installed

It will mat I can almost guarantee that. Almost all blankets like these do if you dry them in a dryer with heat. Maybe no heat tumble might work, but NO heat.
