The Human (MMP-15) Matrix Metalloproteinase-15 ELISA Kit measures Matrix Metalloproteinase-15 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human MMP15 antibody. MMP15 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human MMP15 Antibody is added and binds to MMP15 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated MMP15 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human MMP15. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

I saw another review commenting on the difficulty lining up the nails for the back. The directions don't state which size drill bit to use for the wall anchors, but 5/16" worked well. Overall, not great but not terrible either.
