The Human (NKX2-1) Homeobox Protein Nkx-2.1 ELISA Kit measures Homeobox Protein Nkx-2.1 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human NKX2-1 antibody. NKX2-1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human NKX2-1 Antibody is added and binds to NKX2-1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated NKX2-1 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human NKX2-1. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

I hate that this lasted just a smidge over two weeks because Lily seemed to truly enjoy this toy. RIP, squeaky chicken!

If you don’t heed this warning to buy something else, at least monitor your dog when in use, never leave unattended and plan to throw them away when they start to break down. It’s a shame because the set is really cute and has ideal texture my dog loved with a nice variety of shapes. Not worth the risk though for a member of the family.
