Magicbeans Little Millet Khichdi / Pongal Mix: 250 gm

• Little Millet, Moong Dal, Cashews, Cumin, Pepper, Asafoetida, Sesame Oil, Dry Ginger, Garlic, Curry leaves, and Salt.

• Good source of Iron and Protein.
• Maintains sound digestion and satiates hunger quickly.
• Rich source of Potassium and magnesium,
• Regulates blood sugar and blood pressure levels.
• Easy to add to your diet.

• Add MagicBeans Little Millet Khichdi/ Pongal Mix and water in a 1:4 ratio in a saucepan and bring to boil on a medium heat/flame until most of the water is absorbed and the mix turns viscous.
• If you choose to cook in a pressure cooker, cook on a medium flame for 15 minutes (3 whistles).
• Add a dash of salt to taste.
• Add Tomatoes, Carrots, and Beans if you choose to make Khichdi.
• For Pongal, serve hot with Coconut chutney, Tomato chutney, or Sambar.
