Flora Diamond Pendant Necklace – Sterling Silver + Salt and Pepper Diamond. Hand-built sterling silver (.925) flower pendant with 3mm rose-cut cabochon salt and pepper diamond cast directly into the centre. The diamond is built into the silver during casting, creating an inseparable bond between stone and metal. Flower pendant approximately 12 × 14mm on 45cm lightweight chain. Weight: approximately 5g. Each piece is hand-built, so there will be natural variations between flowers and diamonds. Handmade in Mt Eden, Auckland, New Zealand. Perfect for April birthdays (diamond birthstone), anniversaries, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, graduations, Christmas, and self-purchase.

Available exclusively through our online store and direct from our Mt Eden studio.

A small silver flower with a salt and pepper diamond cast into its centre — organic, sculptural, and unmistakably different. The diamond isn't set after the fact. It's cast in place, becoming part of the metal itself.

This is dainty diamond jewellery with presence. The kind someone notices because it doesn't follow the usual rules.

Please note: Each pendant is hand-built, so there will be natural variations in the flower form and the salt and pepper diamond pattern. No two pieces are identical — that's part of their beauty.

The Diamond

The 3mm rose-cut cabochon salt and pepper diamond sits at the heart of this flower, cast directly into the sterling silver. Salt and pepper diamonds are prized for their natural inclusions — the grey, black, and white flecks that give each stone its unique character. No two are alike.

This isn't a traditional setting — the diamond was placed into the wax form before casting, so when the silver flows around it, stone and metal fuse together. The result is permanent, organic, and completely unique.

Rose-cut cabochon diamonds have a flat base and gently domed top with subtle faceting, giving them a softer, more organic sparkle than brilliant-cut stones. The salt and pepper inclusions add depth, texture, and individuality — it's not about maximum shine, but about presence and character.

How It's Made

The flower is shaped by hand in wax, then the rose-cut salt and pepper diamond is built into the form before casting. Once the silver is poured, the stone and the metal become one. Each piece is hand-built, so subtle variations in form and diamond pattern are natural and expected.

This version has a softer, more rounded form. The petals draw the eye in toward the diamond at the centre. It sits just below the collarbone on a fine, lightweight chain, so it's easy to wear — but visually it holds its own.

Care Instructions

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time, adding character. Clean gently with a silver polishing cloth. Store in a dry place or anti-tarnish pouch when not worn. The salt and pepper diamond is securely cast into the silver and requires no special care — it will never come loose.

The Flora Collection

Part of our Flora sub-collection within the Botanical range, this salt and pepper diamond pendant necklace celebrates New Zealand's wild beauty through hand-sculpted metal forms. not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Fantastic writing and non-stop action
Format: Kindle
This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4. Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.
