Ingredients: Fruit (blackberries, raspberries), Sugar, Pectin, and English Culinary Lavender.
Lavender, Peach and Cantaloupe Marmalade
A sweet marmalade with delicious additions of peaches and cantaloupe with a hint of lavender. Great on its own or in a trifle.
Ingredients: Fruit (peaches, cantaloupe, oranges), Sugar, Citric Acid, Pectin, and English Lavender.
Lavender Caramelized Onion Chutney
A caramelized onion chutney with lavender. Great with baked brie and chicken or pork dishes. You can also use in savoury tarts.
Ingredients: Onions, Apples, Sugar, Balsamic Vinegar (may contain sulphites), Peaches, Currants, Spices, Citric Acid, Salt, Lavender.
