Use this journal exactly as you please. You can write, draw, sketch, doodle, or collage in your own unique style.Ê Use pens, pencils, crayons, stickers, scraps of paper orÊfabric, embellishments..... it is completely up to you.Ê There are no rules and no limits on your creativity.Ê Just remember that if you use wet media like paint and marker pens it will probably bleed through the page, but I am sure you will find a creative way to deal with that (we have a few ideas in the hacks section of the journal.)
You do not have to complete the pages in order. The prompts are undated- have a flip through and see what takes your fancy- with 67Êdifferent prompts there are plenty to choose from!
