Les joueurs déplacent leurs pions à tour de rôle autour de "l'île", qui est construite en organisant les nombreuses tuiles magnifiquement sérigraphiées avant le début du jeu.

Au fur et à mesure que le jeu avance, de plus en plus de tuiles d'îles coulent, deviennent indisponibles et le rythme augmente.

Les joueurs utilisent des stratégies pour empêcher l'île de couler, tout en essayant de collecter des trésors et des objets.
